My name is Ayaana, which means beautiful flower and innocence. Caring for dogs brings me immense joy and fulfilment, as their loyalty and energy create an enriching bond. I have experience across several areas: Walk dogs daily, adjusting routes and pace to suit their energy and temperament. Feed and hydrate them, paying careful attention to dietary needs and routines. Bathe and brush coats to keep dogs clean, healthy, and comfortable. Play and exercise with activities such as fetch, tug-of-war, and park runs. Provide emotional care by maintaining routines and offering affection to build trust and security. I recently made a bold move from Toronto, Ontario, to the United Kingdom in search of new opportunities and experiences. I left my beloved German shepherd-border collie mix, Sukhi, in my mother’s care back home. I miss my furry friend dearly, but I look forward to meeting new dogs and their owners in our lively, welcoming community. Alongside my animal care experience, I hold an honours bachelor's degree in human rights and human diversity from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada, where I graduated with distinction, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) specialising in human rights law from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom. I am currently preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) to strengthen my legal credentials and pursue a career as a solicitor. Caring for dogs not only enriches my life but also helps me engage with my local community, creating connections with fellow dog lovers and contributing to a warm, inclusive environment. Furry Regards, Ayaana
