My family got its first dog when I was seven. We got a rambunctious golden retriever and the condition of getting her was that the kids would be her caretakers. I've walked, groomed, washed (and blowdried), and deburred. I've even bandaged paws!
I also have always had cats: right now I live with three that all have very individual personalities and quirks. One even enjoys regular unleashed walks around the neighbourhood, while another insists that someone watches her eat, whether that's me or my partner.
I also have experience with puppies and kittens, so if you have an unavoidable trip and need a caretaker, I am able to look after them for you.
When I'm not pet-sitting, I'm a freelance illustrator and English language teacher, so my lifestyle is flexible. I will be able to work my schedule around your pets. I love variety, and the only thing my life is missing is the opportunity to spend more time with animals. A bonus of booking me as your pet sitter is that there's a chance that I may draw your pet for you — if you want this, of course.
I am flexible and respectful of your set-up. I can easily adjust to individual house rules and I understand that every pet has different requirements. Just let me know what you need and I'll be happy to adjust accordingly.
