Hi, I'm Rosa. I've shared my home with cats and dogs, for around 40 years, so caring for animals isn't a side interest for me, it's second nature. Right now I have two cats of my own: Gigio, 16, who has hyperthyroidism and takes his medication every day, and Pepper, 12. Managing an older cat's meds, feeding and hydration is simply part of my daily routine, so cats who need a pill or a little extra care are in genuinely experienced hands.

I offer home visits only, in your own home, where your cat feels safest. Each visit covers feeding, fresh water, a clean litter tray, play and proper company, any medication, and a photo and short update before I leave — never a rushed few minutes. I'm patient with shy cats who take time to trust, and happy to tire out the ones with energy to burn.

I keep regular daytime hours every day, weekends included, and can visit morning, midday or evening. That midday slot matters: for cats on twice-daily feeding or medication, I can do both a morning and an evening visit on the same day, which many sitters can't. Before I leave I always check that windows and doors are secure, and I treat your home with respect, leaving it exactly as I found it.

As a cat owner myself, I also book sitters for my own two, so I know exactly what reassures you: clear communication, a proper meet-and-greet first, and someone who takes your cat's routine as seriously as you do. 

I also offer walks for small dogs. With 40 years of living with dogs as well as cats, I know small breeds need a different approach: a secure harness, a steady pace, and routes that keep them well away from traffic, larger off-lead dogs and other hazards. My walks are calm and safe rather than long route-marches — I keep your dog on the lead unless you tell me otherwise, watch their energy, and bring them home happy rather than overtired. Walks last around 30 minutes, in the quiet streets and green spaces close to your own home, on routes your dog already knows and feels comfortable on. 

I'm happy to give oral medication — tablets, liquids or drops mixed with food — but I don't administer injections such as insulin.
