Hi, I’m Tayen — an animal lover, experienced pet sitter and very enthusiastic giver of pats, fuss and photo updates.

I grew up around animals and have cared for dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, fish and farm animals, so I’m very used to pets having their own little personalities, routines and dramatic preferences. My family has three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, each with their own quirks, comfort needs and very specific bedtime expectations, so I completely understand how much the little details matter.

I’m calm, gentle and respectful of both your pet and your home. I know pets feel safest when their normal routine is followed, so I’ll always do my best to keep things familiar, settled and stress-free while you’re away. I’m also very happy to send regular updates and photos, because I know how reassuring that can be.

I offer dog walking, drop-in visits and pet sitting in your home. I don’t offer boarding or daycare at my own place, as I live with two resident cats.

A note on availability: I now work full-time in hospitality and usually receive my rota the week before, so my schedule can vary. For house-sitting bookings, your pet will need to be comfortable being left alone for reasonable periods while I’m at work. On my days off, I can spend more time at home with them. I’ll always be upfront about my availability before confirming a booking, so we can make sure it’s the right fit for your pet.
