Hi there! I recently moved to Edinburgh and am eagerly looking for pet sitting opportunities. I have grown up with dogs in my family and have years of experience dogsitting, playing, and walking with puppies of all breeds and ages :) Moving away from home without my dogs was hard, so dogsitting was a great way to spend some time with new furry friends. Over the years, I have taken care of our family’s senior dog, assisted in training a silver lab puppy to become a service animal, and dogsat for many families with multiple animals in the home with various medical needs, preferences, and physical activity levels. I have experience with hyperactive and reactive dogs.

I discovered my love for cats when I was 20 when I adopted a semi-feral kitten who was the sole survivor of his litter and learned what it means to be a cat owner through him! He has now lived with me in Hawai’i, Washington, Norway, and now Scotland. I have catsit throughout the past 6 years - including cats with medical needs, dietary restrictions, and their own unique preferences :) I have experience and am comfortable with timid and reactive cats, including rescues and introducing cats to a new environment.

I offer drop-ins (we can discuss desired duration, happy to be there as long as needed) for cats and dogs, dog walking, and overnight visits. During walks, your dog(s) will get a good, safe play session in, as well as time meandering and going on 'sniff walks.' Whether it's a full run session or a slower paced excursion, I'm happy to tailor to you and your dogs needs! Same goes for your cat(s), I am very flexible with visit duration and frequency, and what that entails! Happy to clean litter and food bowls, schedule play time, or just sit and cuddle. I live by Leith Links and pets are welcome in my home! Though beginning in November I will have my cats living with me and would prefer visiting your home to spend time with your pet(s). Look forward to hearing from you!
