Hi! My name is Amber. I am a second year international student from Singapore studying Psychology at the University of Edinburgh. I am half Singaporean and half South African, and I grew up speaking English. I am really missing my pets and I would love to be able to walk and spend time with dogs or other pets while I'm in Edinburgh.

My aunt is a vet, so I have always been around animals and animal loving people. Dogs have always had a special place in my heart, and I have taken care of my own dogs since I was 7. I have also had many other pets including cats, rabbits, hamsters, turtles and fish. I currently have two cats and a Scottish Terrier named Terry back in Singapore.

I have experience with many different kinds of dogs. My dog at home is very active and will climb all over you, and when I was younger I had a very calm Toy Poodle. I have also been a dog walker to hyper-active Labradors and Lagotto Romagnolos in Singapore. I love going on walks around Edinburgh and it's parks, and seeing the dogs playing on the fields.

I am currently staying in the Bruntsfield area, near the Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows. As most of my classes are on Wednesdays and Thursdays, I am usually free Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday afternoons, and all of Friday and Saturday.
