*I am relocating to Portsmouth in May and will be restarting my dog walking business there, so cannot take on new regular London clients at this time*
I have loved dogs all my life and grew up with various breeds including a Labrador, Border Collie, Grey Hound, Lurcher, Springer Spaniel and whippets. Since I started walking dogs in London 4 years ago I have looked after many, many other breeds though, from Bichon Frise to Bernese Mountain Dog and I think all breeds have their own lovely special qualities. I particularly love Staffies for instance and am very confident with any strength or size.
Every dog has their own wants, habits and physical limitations so I tailor walks according to that particular dog's needs (be it a high-powered walk covering lots of ground, lots of ball play or a very slow meander close to home) therefore I don't offer pack walks. If there is more than one dog from the same household of course and they enjoy walking together then that is different and I am very happy to walk more than one in those situations.
So if for whatever reason you are unable to take your furry best friend out as much as you would like to or need someone to dog sit while you are away or just at work please get in touch!

If you have a big dog and are looking for someone who can confidently will look after them, look no further than Melanie. We have a big bulldog called Chunk who can be a lot to handle for some walkers, who prefer little dogs. Especially since he’s a bit boisterous and weighs 27 kg. But Melanie has just been fantastic with our boy and he absolutely loves his walks with her. He will literally sprint down the stairs when he hears her at the door. Highly recommend if you have a similar situation.
Melanie is Amazing! I was super nervous about leaving my Pup with someone for the first time, but within seconds of meeting Melanie I was at ease. Winston adores her and sulked when he came home after a day with Melanie. We were out for the whole day and Melanie kept us in the loop with cute pics of Winston playing and having a great time. I would not leave Winston with anyone else after being so lucky to find Melanie and adding her to our little pack.
