I’m currently studying to become a Veterinary Assistant and I’m passionate about gaining as much hands-on experience with animals as possible alongside my course. I’ve loved animals from a very young age, and caring for them has always been a big part of my life.

One of my most valuable experiences has been working at a dog grooming salon, where I spent time with lots of different dogs, breeds, sizes and personalities. This taught me to be patient, gentle and attentive, as well as how to recognise that every dog has different needs and behaviours. I really enjoyed building trust with the dogs and making sure they felt safe, comfortable and cared for.

When I was younger, I also volunteered at a dog shelter, where I helped walk rescue dogs. This gave me experience with dogs who may be nervous, unsure or have different backgrounds, and taught me the importance of being calm and patient with them.

I have also worked at horse stables, giving me experience caring for and being around larger animals. Growing up, I’ve had many pets including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of animals.

I currently have my own dog, who I absolutely adore and treat like she’s my child! I understand how important pets are to their owners, and I would treat your pets with the same love, patience and attention that I give my own.

🐕 Dog walking

I’m happy to provide walks tailored to your dog’s age, energy level and individual needs. My typical walks can be 30 minutes / up to 1 hour and I usually like to walk in local parks and forests but i'm happy to walk anywhere and follow your preferred walking routine and instructions!

🏠 Home visits & pet sitting

During a home visit, I can provide feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, companionship and general care, as well as following any specific instructions you leave for your pet. I can also give them some attention and enrichment so they’re not left feeling lonely.

Typical home visits would be around 30 minutes up to an hour but it's totally depending on your pet’s needs and the service booked, so it could be more if needed.

At the moment, I’m not able to administer medication. However i'd be willing to talk it through should you need to.
