Hello! I’m Lexie, co-owner of KL Canine Collective, and I’d love the opportunity to care for your dog! 🐶

I have over 5 years of experience working with dogs and currently work as a Dog Handler for a security company. Before this, I worked in kennels, volunteered with dog walking and pet sitting, and previously ran my own dog walking and pet sitting business.

I’m now back up and running with my sister under KL Canine Collective, offering a home-from-home service where your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness are always my priority. ❤️

• NASDU Level 2 Purpose Dog Handler
• Animal Management qualification
• Dog Trainer Workshop certification
• Professional kennel experience
• Previous dog walking & pet sitting business
• Experience handling dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments

My NASDU training has given me a strong understanding of dog behaviour, handling and communication, and I’ve also had the opportunity to work alongside experienced trainers, continually developing my knowledge.

I’m confident caring for a wide range of dogs, including dogs who may be nervous, reactive or not comfortable around other dogs.

What I Offer 🐾

I can provide:

• Dog boarding
• Daycare
• Dog walking
• Basic training support
• Pick-up & drop-off services across Essex

For transport, all dogs are transported safely in crash-tested crates.

I’m also more than happy to arrange a meet & greet beforehand so you and your dog can meet me, ask any questions and feel completely comfortable before their stay. 😊

A Home Where Dogs Are Kept Separate ❤️

I do have my own dog, however, when I have a boarding dog staying with me, my own dog stays with my sister.

I only take ONE boarding household at a time, and dogs are kept completely separate (unless given permission otherwise) This means your dog can have a calm, quiet environment without having to share the space with other boarding dogs.

I’m also happy to consider non-dog-friendly and reactive dogs, provided I have all the information I need beforehand so I can make sure I can safely accommodate their individual needs.
