Myrin was incredibly responsive to any inquiries we had, promptly addressing our questions and concerns about our fluffy companions. Her warmth and attentiveness made it clear that our pets were in capable hands.
One of the highlights of her service was the photo updates she sent us. These snapshots were invaluable, allowing us to see our cats peacefully lounging and playing, which greatly alleviated our anxiety about leaving them behind.

"This is the first time I’ve ever left my precious cat and I was so anxious but Michelle sent me updates and lots of photos and really put me at ease. She is clearly a huge cat lover herself, and at the meet and greet beforehand my cat really liked her straight away which is unusual! I have already booked again and glad I found Michelle as I now feel able to leave my cat as know she will be well cared for ❤️"

"Trixie took outstanding care of my two bunnies while I was away. She was incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and showed she has great experienced with bunnies. She gave me complete peace of mind.
She paid great attention to their routine, kept their space very clean, and made sure they were happy and well cared for the entire time. I also really appreciated the updates pictures she left too!
It’s not always easy to find someone who truly understands how to look after rabbits properly, but Trixie went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring pet sitter."

"Katie has been absolutely brilliant cat-sitting for us. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She took the time to meet us and answer all our questions and looked after our cats so well for a week while we were away. She sent immediate updates when she came in to feed them with lots of pictures and the cats were so happy in her care. They looked very well looked after when we came home. Katie is extremely trustworthy, diligent, caring and a lovely person to entrust with your animals. "

"Milo had such a lovely stay! ❤️ His sitter was absolutely wonderful with him and kept me updated throughout, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was caring, patient and made sure Milo was happy, comfortable and well looked after. It was so lovely receiving all the updates and seeing him settle in and enjoy himself. "We had a great experience with our cat sitter. Although the booking was made through Lorna, her husband Sam looked after our cats while we were away, and we couldn't have been happier with the care he provided.
Sam really went above and beyond. He sent us regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Our cats managed to make quite a mess at one point, but Sam patiently cleaned everything up and continued to take excellent care of them without any fuss.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would happily book again. Thank you, Lorna and Sam!"

"This is the first time using a pet service and was a little nervous however Anna was very reassuring, quick to reply and happy to answer all questions. Anna came to do a meet and greet beforehand which was so helpful. She did an amazing job at looking after the guinea pigs and ensuring they were loved whilst we were away. Anna sent messages and pictures whilst we were away which gave further reassurance. Anna was absolutely amazing, thank you so much and will definitely be contacting Anna for future sitting needs. "

"We have had a very positive first experience with finding a cat sitter through Pawshake.
Kelly was prompt to respond to my enquiry and we arranged a meet and greet. I instantly felt reassured about leaving our 3 cats in her capable hands.
Kelly maintained daily contact with me, providing an update on our pets whereabouts and well-being, including photos. I am confident that Kelly spent a good amount of time with all 3 and bonded with them, even our little divas!
This is the first time we have returned from holiday without the remanence of something to clear up, an illustration that our pets were content and cared for.
I wouldn’t hesitate to approach Kelly again for future holiday cover, in fact I’m already considering our next camp in the knowledge that we can leave our pets in Kelly’s care.
