"Having never used a cat sitter before we were extremely nervous, however we need not have worried. The cats took to Claire straight away and whilst we were away Claire kept us informed all the way about our boy where doing which put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy our short break. Came home to two happy well looked after cats. Would recommend and use again. . "

"This was the first time I needed to arrange pet sitting & Stacey stood out when I was looking. "We have had a very positive first experience with finding a cat sitter through Pawshake.
Kelly was prompt to respond to my enquiry and we arranged a meet and greet. I instantly felt reassured about leaving our 3 cats in her capable hands.
Kelly maintained daily contact with me, providing an update on our pets whereabouts and well-being, including photos. I am confident that Kelly spent a good amount of time with all 3 and bonded with them, even our little divas!
This is the first time we have returned from holiday without the remanence of something to clear up, an illustration that our pets were content and cared for.
I wouldn’t hesitate to approach Kelly again for future holiday cover, in fact I’m already considering our next camp in the knowledge that we can leave our pets in Kelly’s care.
On a personal note.. thank you Kelly for all your support whilst we were away. I believe Frankie is missing you already 😂"

"Rianna did a great job looking after our dog during a home visit, she came to meet us the day before and made notes on what needed doing. She arrived on time and kept us updated with messages on how things were going. It’s also an added reassurance knowing she’s a vet nurse so our dog is in safe hands! "We used Louise the first time this weekend to look after our 3 cats. We were throughly delighted with the way Louise looked after our fur babies … she gave us daily photos and updates on how they were all getting on. Louise came to met us and our cats before the first sitting, she took lots of notes on professional forms about the cats , how we wanted them to be fed , where waste ect went, and all relevant info she needed. We both found Louise really friendly and personable, and our cats , who were all strays, and are now indoor cats which can often be scared of strangers, all took to her straight away!. We have already booked Louise to care for our cats again for a holiday in sept and a break in Oct ! ….. cats all seemed very happy and content when we returned and I would highly recommend Louise without hesitation !🤗

"We haven't used a pet sitter for a long time and have always worried about leaving them to be cared for by a stranger. However, Jess at Paws on the Go was brilliant with our 3 cats and my daughter's rabbit. We had twice daily updates, loads of photos and the occasional video and they all looked completely happy. Communcation was great and Jess even kept my tomatoes watered and the curtains pulled etc. for greater security. We couldn't have asked for better. She clearly cares about animals and wants to do a good job. Wouldn't hesitate to book her again."

"Alessio took great care of our cat. He is a very nice guy and it is clear that he loves animals. He sent us daily videos from which you could see that our cat was very happy to see him. He also has attention for detail as he noticed that our cat was peeing in the bathtub and he was very kind to clean that up. We will definitely be using his services for our next holiday!
