Hi, I’m Cristina — a long‑time cat parent and Highgate local who absolutely loves spending time with cats. I’ve lived with and cared for cats for over 15 years, and I’ve been working as a professional sitter for the past year. In that time, I’ve received consistent 5‑star reviews on the platform where I previously worked, with lots of lovely owners rebooking me for my gentle approach, reliability, and thoughtful updates. 

Before cat sitting, I spent 20 years working in social care policy in London, and I’ve recently retrained as an English teacher. These days my schedule is wonderfully flexible, which means I can offer dependable availability, unhurried visits, and the calm, steady presence that helps cats feel safe and settled while you’re away. 

My visits are 30–40 minutes — a little longer than the standard 20–30 minutes many sitters offer — so your cat has time to relax, explore, and interact at their own pace. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each cat’s personality, whether they’re playful, confident, shy, anxious, or just prefer quiet company.  

Each visit includes feeding tailored to your routine, fresh water and clean bowls, daily litter care, and whatever your cat enjoys most — playtime, cuddles, or simply a peaceful, reassuring presence. 

I send warm, detailed updates with photos so you always know how your cat is doing. I’m also happy to help with small home tasks like watering plants, collecting post, or managing deliveries. Local key collection and secure return are included. 

During school holidays, half‑terms, and peak travel periods, I apply a seasonal adjustment to my prices. If your dates fall within a peak period, I’ll always confirm the seasonal rate clearly before accepting the booking.  

My base and seasonal prices include care for up to two cats. For homes with three or more cats, I may be able to help depending on availability and what your cats need. If I do accept, an additional small fee applies per extra cat, per visit (£3.50 base / £4.90 seasonal), and I’ll confirm everything clearly before you approve the booking. 

I’m fully insured, DBS (police) checked, and committed to offering calm, consistent, high‑quality care. I’ve lived in Highgate for 16 years and work with a small number of clients so I can give each cat the time and attention they deserve.
