Hi, I'm Maia, and I believe every animal deserves kindness, patience and genuine care. Animals are incredibly soulful and loving, and I truly believe you can see the trust, emotion, and unconditional love in their eyes.

I have always had a deep love for animals since I was young and I truly enjoy caring for them. I also hold a Level 3 qualification in Animal Care, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of animal welfare, dog behaviour and body language. I currently have two dogs, a dachshund and a German Spitz cross, as well as a tortoise and two rats, so I understand the different care, attention, and patience each animal needs. I am happy to care for any sized dog, cats and all small animals (apart from spiders!!)

Alongside caring for my own pets, I have volunteered at a wildlife hospital for over a year, which I truly adore. This has given me hands-on experience working with a variety of animals and taught me the importance of compassion, patience and responsibility in animal care. I also have experience pet sitting my cousins' dog and gerbils for a week while they were away on holiday, ensuring they were happy, comfortable, and well looked after.

I'm flexible throughout the week and happy to provide a range of services tailored to your pets needs, including feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning small animal enclosures, and even clearing up dog mess in the garden. I can walk your dog for anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on their needs. Please provide a schedule- diet, feeding times and walk requirements and I will happily adhere to this.

Having anxious and reactive dogs myself, I understand how stressful changes in environment can be for some pets. Because of this, I believe caring for your dog in their own safe and familiar space can be extremely beneficial.

Being around animals brings me genuine happiness, and I would love the opportunity to provide safe, loving, and reliable care for your pets as if they were my own :)
