"Nicky was fantastic! Our usual cat sitter was away and I found Nicky on the Pawshake site as being local to us. Her communication was quick, clear and super efficient. She was flexible and supportive and allowed us to take a spontaneous weekend away feeling secure that our house and cats were in great hands. She was completely reliable and updated us just as I requested, managing all our priorities - like ensuring one of the cats didn’t eat all of the food! We feel very lucky to have found her and will definitely use again. What a professional! Many thanks Nicky."

"Sandra cared for our two Maine Coon cats, Lily and Lani, for a week while we were on holiday. She visited daily to feed and care for them, and sent us videos each day, which was incredibly reassuring and allowed us to see how happy and relaxed they were.
Sandra spent time interacting with both cats during every visit, and it was clear from the videos they were comfortable, well cared for, and enjoying her company. She even watered outdoor pot plants while we were away which was very much appreciated. Knowing they were in such capable hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
Sandra was professional, reliable, and clearly loved animals. We couldn’t ask for better care for Lily and Lani. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would not hesitate to use her services again in the future."

"So grateful to find and have Clare look after our 3 cats the past 10 days. She was so friendly, communicative and kind throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, Teddy tends to wander off and Clare spent extra time to call him and ensure that he ate and had cuddles. Lots of photos to keep us updated, you can tell she genuinely cares for your pets and treats them as her own in your absence, will 100% book Clare again and recommend her to anyone! "

"Thanks so much to Amber for taking care of two of my cats. It’s a first time I left them for one week, so I was bit anxious how they will react. But all went well and of course with her help. "Sophie looked after our two cats for us while we were away and did a wonderful job making sure they had everything they needed. She was very well organised when we met to discuss the pet-sitting, taking care to understand everything that needed to be done and their specific dietary requirements etc. She’s also a great communicator and ensured we received detailed updates and photos while we were travelling.
It’s great to know that we don’t need to worry about our cats when they have Sophie to take care of them.
