Hi, I’m Leigh, a friendly cat sitter based in Wandsworth. I’m a civil servant who mostly works from home, and I love breaking up my day by looking after cats, it’s honestly the best part of my week! I've been cat sitting for 5 years on a different app with all 5* reviews, but have recently moved over to Pawshake.

I’ve been around cats my whole life and currently share my home with two of my own: Sprig, a 9-year-old independent chatterbox, and Hedwig, a 4-year-old playful sweetheart. I couldn’t imagine life without them.

I’m an experienced and reliable sitter who genuinely loves what I do. I have a real soft spot for shy or nervous cats and enjoy earning their trust, but I’m always up for a cuddle or play session with the more confident ones too.

🐱 Why I Cat Sit

I started cat sitting a few years ago after seeing what a fantastic job my own cat sitters had done - they made such a difference, and I wanted to offer the same peace of mind to others.

I know how important it is to have someone who really gets cats - who can read their moods, stick to their routine and give them the love and attention they deserve while you’re away.

🧺 What You Can Expect

As your cat sitter, I’ll:

• Arrange a free meet & greet to get to know you and your cat
• Feed and refresh water daily
• Clean food bowls and litter trays
• Give your cat playtime, cuddles, or quiet company, whatever they prefer
• Send daily updates and photos via text, email or WhatsApp
• Follow your instructions carefully and keep to their usual routine
• Do small house-sitting tasks (bins, plants, parcels)
• Leave your home tidy and your cats happy

I’ll treat your cats like my own with care, patience and lots of affection. Whether your kitty is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they feel safe and content until you’re home again!
