I’m on gardening leave until the end of the year, so I’m around all day. That means your dog won’t be left alone. I can do walks, daycare or overnight stays.

My dog experience

My family has had a dog for the last 20 years. Our current one is Bertie, a border terrier, who’s now best friends with my one-month-old niece. I also look after neighbours’ and family dogs on a regular basis.

I’ll stop to say hello to almost any dog I walk past. At my old office, that meant every dog in the building.

Walks

Walks run from 30 minutes to 2 hours. I usually head along the river, or to Battersea Park, South Park or Wandsworth Park. I live in Fulham and get around SW London by bike, so I can pick your dog up from your home.

I always bring poo bags and treats.

Daycare and overnight stays

I can host up to 3 dogs at a time. If you’d rather your dog was the only guest, just say.

We have a patio garden and live 2 minutes from South Park. Inside, there are 3 dog beds in our open kitchen and living room, with plenty of space to play and rest. Dogs sleep in the living room unless you tell me they’re used to something different.

A typical day looks like this:

• Morning walk and breakfast
• Quiet time at home
• A longer walk or park trip around midday
• Play and rest in the afternoon
• Evening walk, dinner, then settle down for the night

I’ll fit around your dog’s normal routine, feeding times and any house rules.

Emergencies and special needs

Before the stay, I’ll take your vet’s details and any notes on health, diet or medication. I’m happy to give tablets or follow special feeding plans. If anything goes wrong, I’ll take your dog straight to the nearest vet and call you right away.

Keeping you in the loop

I always have my phone on me, so you can reach me directly. You’ll get photo updates every day.

I can also help with house sitting or pick up some shopping while I’m out.
