Hello! I am a mature, deeply responsible professional with a background as a school teacher and a therapist. I grew up around dogs throughout my childhood and youth -including when my mother had both of our family dogs bred and we raised puppies - so I understand canine behaviour, safety, and care from the ground up. Because of my busy working hours during the school year, I cannot have a dog of my own right now, and I truly miss their companionship. This is why I love pet sitting; it allows me to share my affection and care with local dogs while helping out owners in my community.

I offer exclusive overnight house sitting at your home, ensuring your dog can remain comfortable and stress-free in their own familiar environment. Each overnight stay includes dedicated daily walks tailored entirely to your dog's age and energy level, fresh water, feeding on your exact schedule, and plenty of quiet, loving companionship. Because I have a flexible schedule over the summer, I am available to spend significant time at your house, meaning your pup will never be left alone for long periods.

Please note that I am strictly a dog-only sitter because I suffer from a bad cat allergy that triggers sinus infections, so I cannot accept bookings in homes with cats. As a therapist and educator, I am naturally calm, highly attentive to safety, and very respectful of your living space. I am happy to keep your home tidy, bring in the post, or water your plants while you are away. I always require a quick, free "meet and greet" before booking to ensure we are a perfect match!
