I’ve always had animals in my life, and caring for them has never felt like a chore—it’s something that truly makes me happy. Growing up surrounded by pets taught me responsibility, patience, and how to understand the little cues that show what an animal needs to feel comfortable. Now that I live on my own, I really miss the everyday presence of animals—the sound of paws on the floor, a purring cat nearby, or the simple joy of taking a dog out for a walk. Becoming a pet sitter is a way for me to reconnect with that feeling while helping others feel confident that their pets are safe and loved.
