Hi! My name is Chi-chi, and I run this with my niece Debbie. We’re based in London and we genuinely love animals and caring for them.

We have two cats of our own, Myla (6) and Rocky (2), and they both have completely different personalities. Because of them, we understand that every pet is unique. Some cats are playful and social, some are shy and independent, and some need a little extra patience and reassurance. We always take the time to learn your pet’s routine, preferences, and personality so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away.

For cat visits, we make sure food and water are refreshed, litter trays are kept clean, and your cat receives plenty of attention, playtime, or quiet companionship depending on what they enjoy. We also send regular updates, photos, and videos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

For dog walking and house visits, we provide safe and attentive care tailored to your dog’s needs. Walks are typically 30 minutes, but we are happy to follow your preferred routine. We pay close attention to behaviour, energy levels, and comfort, ensuring your dog feels secure and enjoys their time with us. During visits, we can feed your pet, provide fresh water, offer playtime and companionship, and follow any specific care instructions you leave.

We understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet. We have looked after pets for friends and family and are very particular about the little details. We stay calm in unexpected situations, communicate promptly if any concerns arise, and always put your pet’s wellbeing first.

I travel too, so I know what it feels like to leave a beloved pet behind. You simply want to know they are safe, comfortable, and cared for. That peace of mind is exactly what we aim to provide.
