Hello:) My name is Lydia and I am 26 years old. I am from Greece but I have been leaving in the UK since 2017. My BSc is in Biology and my MSc is called Animal Welfare, Ethics and Law so, basically, I am a zoologist. I was always fascinated by how animals behave and react on certain situations that is why I decided to become a master at it. During my years at university I learned a lot about animal behaviour and welfare for all kinds of animals (domesticated, zoo, lab, wild). As a zoologist I believe in animal rights and I treat every animal with respect.

I would say that university provided me with important knowledge on animal behaviour but what shaped my love for animals and provided me with my first on-hands experience is actually taking care of my own pets since I was little. I grew up with 2 german sheperds, 1 yorkshire terrier, 1 fish, turtles and 20 cats (yes we were/are a zoo basically). I have also work experience with horses, as I was responsible for their daily care at an equine club. I am also a photographer, taking my camera everywhere with me and having my own portfolio, so get ready for some cute professional pictures of your pets.

I really miss my pets and unfortunately, I am not allowed to have my own in my house here in London. That is why I would love to take care and spend some time with yours:). I work full time 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. Therefore, I am mostly available on evenings during the week and weekends BUT I am always up for discussion so we can find a flexible time for both of us.

I would be more than happy to take care and spend time with your pets! I can offer dog walks as well as general pet care visits.
