Hi, I’m Chengyu, an artist and lifelong animal lover. I grew up surrounded by animals and have over 10 years of experience caring for pets. My family had a Fox Terrier, a Border Collie, and several rescued cats. Watching abandoned animals slowly become healthy and trusting again was a very meaningful experience for me.

I believe every animal has its own personality and needs. I enjoy observing their behaviour and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About my services
I offer dog and cat boarding, as well as dog walking. During their stay, pets will receive regular walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention. I carefully follow each owner's instructions, including feeding routines and basic medication if needed. I can also help with basic care such as brushing and maintaining the pet’s usual routine.

To make sure every pet receives enough attention, I host a maximum of two pets at the same time. Dog walks are usually around 30 minutes, depending on the dog’s energy level. Dogs are typically walked 2–3 times per day (around 9am, 1pm, and 5pm).

Time spent with pets
I recently graduated from university and currently have a flexible schedule while doing volunteering. I spend most of my time at home, so guest pets are supervised for most of the day and will not be left alone for more than three hours.

There are green spaces near my apartment and a beautiful walking path along the River Thames, which makes it a great environment for relaxed walks.

My home environment
I live alone in a quiet, sunny apartment with plenty of natural light. The neighbourhood is peaceful and dog-friendly, with grassy areas nearby. Pets are welcome in the living space and can sleep either in the living room or bedroom depending on their usual routine.

Although I don’t have a backyard, there are several green areas nearby where dogs can exercise safely.

Booking policy
To ensure good planning and availability, I kindly ask owners to book at least one week in advance whenever possible. If you need to cancel a booking, please do so at least three days in advance.

During your pet’s stay, I will send daily photo or video updates so you can feel reassured that your pet is happy and safe.
