Hi! I’m a responsible and attentive university student who genuinely loves animals and enjoys caring for dogs. I have hands-on experience looking after dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels and personalities, and I always make sure each pet receives care tailored to their individual needs.

I have my own dog at my maternal home, who is currently one year old. Caring for him has given me valuable day-to-day experience with a young, energetic dog, including teaching him tricks, establishing routines and understanding how to provide both mental and physical stimulation. I’m comfortable caring for puppies as well as fully grown dogs, and I understand that each stage of life requires a different approach.

I have also pet-sat quite a bit in Amsterdam for friends and others, caring for dogs with different temperaments and routines. I have looked after playful, high-energy dogs who need longer walks and active engagement, as well as shy, anxious or more reserved dogs who benefit from patience, reassurance and a calm environment.

I take each pet’s routine seriously and carefully follow feeding schedules, portion instructions, medication requirements and any special care instructions. I am comfortable administering oral medication when needed. During walks, I stay attentive, avoid unsafe areas and adapt to each dog’s pace and personality. 

If a dog is nervous, I give them the time and space they need to build trust. If they are energetic, I make sure they receive appropriate exercise and engagement. I also provide regular updates so you can feel reassured while you are away.

Your pet’s comfort, safety and happiness will always be my priority. I would be delighted to give them the same love, patience and attention I give my own dog.
