I wanted to offer affordable and reliable pet sitting services for fellow dog parents, especially single dog mums and dads who may need a little extra support. With the rising cost of everything lately, I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy, caring and reasonably priced to look after your furry family member.

A little about me 🐶

I’m a nurse and journalist with a flexible work-from-home schedule, and I only work in the office two days a week. This means dogs in my care are rarely left alone and are supervised throughout the day with plenty of attention, comfort and companionship.

I’m also the proud owner of two chilled-out senior Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Beckford & Teddy, who absolutely adore other dogs including nervous or anxious ones. My home is calm, relaxed and dog-friendly, making it ideal for pups who prefer a quieter environment.

As both a nurse and dog owner, I understand how important it is to feel confident your pet is safe, happy and genuinely cared for while you’re away. I’m DBS checked and have additional skills including recognising signs of illness, administering medication, pet first aid awareness and CPR knowledge.

I have experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs, including anxious dogs, senior dogs and those who need medication or extra reassurance. I focus heavily on routine, patience and positive interaction to help dogs settle comfortably and feel secure.

Services I offer include:

• Dog walking (typically 30–60 minute walks depending on your dog’s needs and energy levels)

• Doggy daycare

• Drop-in visits/check-ins

• Pet sitting for local owners

A typical daycare day includes regular toilet breaks, walks, playtime, cuddles, rest periods and supervised social interaction where appropriate. I always introduce pets gradually to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe.

I’ve looked after many pets for family and friends over the years, from energetic and sassy pups to shy and anxious dogs, and I genuinely love building trust with every dog I meet. Most dogs settle very quickly with me thanks to the calm environment, consistent routine and lots of affection (and probably the cuddles too!).
