About aneesa
I have 12 years of experience caring for cats of different ages and personalities. My first cat is a British Shorthair, whom I have cared for since birth. She is now 11 years old and is still very healthy. I also have two younger cats, aged 5 and 4.
I have experience caring for cats when they are unwell and I have developed a good level of practical knowledge about feline care. I am confident with tasks such as trimming nails, monitoring appetite, litter habits, behaviour and general physical condition, and noticing when something may be wrong.
I am also very particular about cleanliness and hygiene, so I keep my home clean, tidy and comfortable at all times. I live in a modern, secure and well-maintained apartment in London, providing a safe and pleasant environment for cats.
I always try to follow each cat’s usual feeding routine, daily habits and care instructions as closely as possible, so they can settle in with minimal stress.
I chose to become a cat sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with cats and understand how important it is for owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, comfortable and well cared for while they are away.🐱
During boarding or daycare, cats will not normally be left alone for more than 2–3 hours at a time. I spend most of my time at home and can provide regular supervision, attention and companionship throughout the day.
For daycare, I can usually provide care for several hours during the day, depending on the cat’s routine and the owner’s needs. For home visits, I normally stay for around 30–60 minutes per visit, during which I can feed the cat, refresh water, clean the litter tray, play with them and check their general condition.
I care for a maximum of three cats at a time, so that each cat can receive enough individual attention, supervision and a calm environment.
I am happy to provide basic oral medication if the owner gives me clear instructions, but I do not provide injections or specialist medical treatment.
I provide daily photo and video updates and remain available for contact at any time throughout the stay. If I notice anything unusual, such as loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhoea, changes in toileting, behaviour or energy levels, I will contact the owner immediately. In an emergency, I will follow the owner’s instructions, contact their usual vet where possible, and seek urgent veterinary care if necessary.
I would prefer cats that are neutered/spayed, fully litter trained, and free from acute or contagious health issues such as ear mites or skin conditions.
Owners are kindly asked to bring their cat’s usual food, litter box and water bowl so they can feel as comfortable and familiar as possible.
You are also very welcome to visit my home in advance before confirming a booking.
Looking forward to parenting together !🐱🐱
