About Eire
I grew up surrounded by dogs and have always cherished the bond I shared with my dog, Clover.
My beautiful Clover, who was nine years old, recently passed away. I cared for him most days of the week while my family worked full time, so he truly became a huge part of my daily life. Looking after him taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and the joy that comes from caring for animals.
More recently, I’ve been actively involved in helping care for my boyfriend’s family pets, which include three dogs, birds, and a tortoise. I’m always happy to jump in and help wherever I can. When Clover was a puppy, I also took on the responsibility of training him, which gave me valuable hands-on experience with dog training and understanding different behaviours.
I’ve also recently started a dog walking job that covers around 20 hours a week. Through this role, I regularly walk multiple dogs together and have experience handling groups of 2–4 dogs at a time. This has helped me become confident managing dogs with a variety of temperaments, energy levels, and individual needs while ensuring they stay safe and happy on walks.
I typically work between 8am–1pm (and occasionally 8am–11:30am), but your dog will never be left alone. I live with my grandma, who is always at home providing company, so there is always someone around. She also has a carer who visits three times a day, and I am usually back by the second visit. I can also offer early morning walks between 6–7am, and once I’m home, I spend the rest of the day giving your pet lots of love, attention, and personalised time.
In addition, I enjoy helping family friends by walking their dogs whenever I can. While I’m really enjoying my current dog walking role, I’m looking to fill my extra time doing something I genuinely love — spending time with and caring for dogs.
I have a lot of spare time at the moment and would love to dedicate that time to pets. Whether it’s overnight stays, walks, or just keeping them company during the day, I’d be more than happy to help. Looking after animals is something I truly enjoy, and I’d love to support others with their pet needs.
I live in a very spacious two-storey flat in London. We have a fully secured garden and a park around the corner, so dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise in a safe environment. I’m happy to tailor walks to suit their age, energy levels, and needs, and I’m used to providing around three long walks a day along with lots of companionship at home.
Your dog’s safety is always my top priority. I stay calm and act quickly in any unexpected situation, and I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you provide. I can also keep you updated with messages and photos for peace of mind while your pet is with me.
Any dog staying with me will be treated like part of the family, with plenty of love, comfort, and company throughout the day
