I’ve grown up with dogs and have hands-on experience caring for my own Pomsky for over six years. I’ve also looked after my family dog, a 28kg mixed breed who lived to 17, so I’m comfortable with different sizes, ages and personalities. I always adapt to each dog’s individual routine, whether that means long walks, plenty of play, extra rest or senior care.

When a dog stays with me, I keep their usual routine as much as possible and follow their owner’s instructions for feeding, walks and any medication. I like to learn about their personality and habits beforehand and introduce them to my home calmly, giving them time to settle in. I always supervise dogs carefully and make sure they have a quiet space to rest.

I’m an architecture student with a very flexible schedule and often work from home. My university is only a 15-minute walk away, and if I need to leave, it’s usually for no more than two hours. Since moving to London, I sadly don’t have my own dog with me anymore, which is why caring for other dogs means so much to me. I genuinely treat every dog as if they were my own.
