Hi! I’m María, a Colombian student recently moved to London for my master’s at LSE. I’m an active, caring and responsible person who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals, and I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person looking after your pet.

Back home in Colombia, I have a dog called Konga, who was rescued from the street and became such an important part of my family. I used to spend a lot of time with her in parks, going for walks and simply enjoying her company, and that is honestly one of the things I know I’m going to miss the most while living in London. That is also one of the reasons I wanted to become a pet sitter here: I would love to give that same affection, attention and care to another furry friend while I’m away from mine. I’m naturally very active: I love running and walking around London, so I’m especially happy to take dogs out for walks, give them plenty of attention and adapt the pace to their energy and routine. I’m also very happy caring for cats and spending time with pets who simply need company, feeding, playtime and a little extra affection while their owners are away.

I currently offer dog walking, one or two home visits per day, and house sitting. Dog walks and home visits are at least 30 minutes, and during visits I can feed your pet, refresh their water, clean litter trays, play with them, give them company and follow any routine or instructions you normally have at home. For house sitting, I’ll stay in your home with your pet so they can remain in their familiar environment and keep their normal routine. I’ll always treat both your pet and your home with care and respect.

I’m happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so you can show me your pet’s routine, personality and favourite things. I know every animal is different, so I’m always happy to adapt to what makes them feel safest and happiest.

I’m currently studying, which gives me some flexibility during the week, and I’m particularly interested in bookings that are reasonably close by so I can give your pet the time and attention they deserve.
