Hey, I'm Katie!

I'm a big animal lover and proud pet parent, so I know how important it is to have someone reliable to look after your furry (or not-so-furry) friend. Whether they need walks, belly rubs, or just someone to reassure them that the vacuum isn't actually out to get them, I'm here to help!

I've been around animals my whole life and have experience caring for dogs, cats, and other small pets. Over the years, I've looked after friends and family members pets, providing everything from daily walks and playtime, to overnight stays, and back home in New Zealand I was doing petsits via Pawshake as-well! I understand that every pet has different needs - whether it's an energetic pup who loves adventure or an older pet who just wants some company. I'm also comfortable administering medication if needed and making sure pets stick to their usual routine.

I'm currently on the hunt for work, so have lots of availability! Whether it's a quick check-in, a walk, or an overnight stay, I can be flexible based on what you and your pet needs.

For dog walks, I'm happy to stick to routes your pet knows and loves, or if they're up for an adventure, we can head somehwere new for a change of scenery. I also offer home visits, where I can spend time with your pet, bring in the mail, and water any plants if needed. For house-sitting, I can stay for any length of time based on what works best for you.

I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet behind, so I'll make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and of course, a few extra treats (if allowed!). Looking forward to meeting your furry bestie!
