Hello! I’m Marcela, and dogs have always been a big part of my life.

I’ve owned dogs for many years and have lots of experience with active and intelligent breeds, particularly Border Collies and German Shorthaired Pointers. I currently have two dogs of my own — a Border Collie and a GSP x Collie — and I have trained them myself from puppies.

Because of my own dogs, I’m very comfortable with energetic breeds that need proper walks, attention and mental stimulation. I also understand that every dog is different — some are confident and full of energy, while others are more sensitive and need a little more patience and time to feel comfortable with someone new.

For dog walking, I can offer individual walks of around 45–60 minutes, depending on your dog’s age, fitness and normal routine. I’m happy with longer, active walks for dogs that need them, and I’m used to walking in fields and countryside as well as on lead.

For home visits, I can come to your home to feed your dog, refresh water, let them outside, play with them and, of course, give them some company and attention. I’m also happy to care for cats and other small pets during home visits.

At the moment I’m mainly offering weekday walks and visits during school hours, with some flexibility depending on the day. I’m not offering boarding in my own home, as I already have two dogs.

Most importantly, I genuinely love spending time with animals. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care, and I would look after yours with the same care and attention I would want for my own.
