Hi, I'm Ross, the owner of Medway Tails — a professional dog care service based in the Medway towns. I set up Medway Tails because I believe every dog deserves care that goes beyond the basics: consistent routines, genuine attention, and someone who treats them like part of the family, not just another booking.

Every dog I look after gets an individual care plan covering their routine, favourite toys, feeding habits and any medical needs, so nothing is left to guesswork. I keep owners updated with notes (and photos where possible) after every walk or visit, so you always know how your dog's day has gone.

Services I offer:

• Dog walking — 30 or 60-minute walks, solo or in small, carefully matched groups, tailored to your dog's energy level and sociability.
• Drop-in visits — 15 or 30-minute check-ins for toileting, feeding, medication or simply company during the day.
• Day care — full or half-day supervised care with rest, exercise and enrichment built in.
• Home boarding — overnight stays in a home environment, keeping your dog's usual routine as close to normal as possible.

I'm comfortable with most breeds and temperaments, though I'll always ask a few questions upfront to make sure it's a good match for both your dog and my setup.
