Are you looking for a catsitter? Here I am! :)

My name is Esther and I'm a cat lady (definitely not a dog person!). I have experience of living with a cat (20 years, RIP Harry) plus a year's worth of catsitting for a variety of cats. I specialise in special cats: rescue, shy/nervous, indoor only, rebellious teenagers and needy (aka clingy) cats, but I'm more than happy to catsit felines who don't fall under these categories.

I will be your cat's friend while you're away. I'll play with them, feed them, clear and replenish litter trays and make sure they're well and safe. I'm happy to mix medication in with their food if needed. If you're based in or around Croydon and I only need to walk or take a bus to your home, I'll stay for up to 2 hours on one visit per day. If travel to your home takes an hour or more, I'm happy to stay overnight to look after your cat. Their wellbeing is my priority.

I'll stay in touch with you while you're away, sending updates and photos/videos of your cat. If there are any problems or emergencies, I'll deal with them swiftly (eg mice brought in as gifts or your beautiful home being used as a litter tray) and keep you in the loop.

Usually when I meet cats, I let them come to me. I respect their space and needs. This approach has led cats to warm up to me quickly. 

I'm usually available Monday to Sunday.
