"Claire was amazing with my boy! She's got a natural affinity with animals and my cat took to her straight away. She gave me updates throughout the day letting me know that she'd topped up his water and sent videos and pictures of him, which bought me so much joy.

"Alina was absolutely amazing! She came to our house twice a day, fed our two cats, cleaned their litter tray, played with them and sent videos of the cats playing. She absolutely loves animals, and we felt totally safe and secure knowing that she's watching our cats in our absence. "I was so worried when I went away for two weeks as our cat had broken his leg about three weeks before and was confined to a cage. He could only be taken out to lie/ stand on a rug for sort periods. Pushkin was expertly cared for by Anna and her husband. They sent us twice daily photos and updates and did not hesitate to ask when something did not appear quite right. They were so caring and I felt genuinely loved and cared for Pushkin and our semi wild second cat who lives mostly in the garden. We came back to a clean and tidy house that did not smell at all. Anna also watered my plants whilst we were away. I would definitely book Anna again and thoroughly recommend her as a pet sitter."

"Natalia looked after my cat while I was on holiday. She was brilliant - gave me daily updates with photos and info on how my cat was each time she visited. "I just realised I forgot to leave a review till now, Gigi took care of our cat back in November and I would strongly recommend her: communication was perfect, she has been so helpful and it's been so convenient to pass on the keys as well. Then Gigi provided us with pictures and videos of Duke during all the stay, and Duke really seemed so reassured. "I personally board rats for other people but finding someone to look after my girls was going to be hard, but Jen looked after my girls so well last time we went away that using her again was a no brainer.
I got regular photos and updates, clear communication at all times whilst we were away and I enjoyed my holiday a lot more knowing that my girls were safe with Jen.
We have two new babies who are so small but must have human contact to keep their confidence up and Jen made sure of that, she also made sure my old lady rat was kept an eye on too.
We are away again in September and I have no hesitation in asking Jen again to care for my girls.
