"Rosie was absolutely brilliant looking after our cat Mabel whilst we visited family for a few days. She is a rescue that we have only had for just over a month and is still very nervous so we knew a cat sitter would be better for her than a cattery but we were worried how she would take to a new person. We didn’t need to worry at all as Mabel loved Rosie! Rosie took her time and didn’t overwhelm her and by the second day Mabel was running down the stairs to see her. Rosie has a great friendly personality and we took to her straight away. She is very knowledgeable of cats and their needs and I loved how she messaged every day with pictures and videos as updates as it meant we knew how Mabel was doing. She also brought her own special treats which Mabel loved!! She also took extra precautions for COVID-19 and cleaned everything when she arrived and left so that was one less worry. I would definitely recommend Rosie as a great cat sitter and we will certainly be using her from now on."

"Emma is a very warm and friendly cat sitter…she even managed to gain the trust of my snobbish cat Rupert allowing him to brush and rub his chin. She is conscientious and sent me video and photos of my fur babies everytime she visited them.…and this is for the last 3weeks we endorsed our cat to her care. "Anna was a fabulous pet sitter for my gerbil, the best we have had. She is obviously very caring and loves animals. She followed all the instructions I left conscientiously. She went above and beyond by sending daily photos with updates. When I got back I found my gerbil happy and lively so she had obviously been given a lot of attention. "Emma is a fantastic cat sitter! She looked after our two cats last week, visiting twice a day to feed them, give them treats, play with them, and clean their trays. She also kindly watered our plants. Each day, she sent us lovely updates with amazing photos, which really put our minds at ease. It's clear she truly loves animals and knows how to care for them. "Having not used a cat sitter before we were a bit apprehensive of handing over the keys to our home and letting someone else look after our fur baby a Ragdoll cat. However, after initial preliminary meeting our concerns were quickly put to ease. Jacke had up to date DBS certificates and other security credentials. She came across as mature, responsible and capable. And most importantly our cat Leo took to Jackie on first meeting and felt at ease around her, not usual for him with strangers. Jackie looked after our cat Leo for just over 7 days, averaging two visits per day. With every visit she sent us reports with photos. Kept us informed of everything and cleared after Leo including the occasional furballs and attended to minor issues with our home, security systems, windows/ locks etc. She kept our home clean and tidy and secure. And importantly gave Leo the attention he deserved. Our cat Leo seemed happy and relaxed with her and last few photos showed him cuddling up to her and kissing her.
We would highly recommend her and would have no hesitation using her again. She's trustworthy, reliable, thorough and caring. We could not expect more from a cat sitter.

"Zoe is an absolutely pro cat sitter. Above all else, we were amazed by how she managed to charm our usually shy cat Kissy into trusting her and playing with her. Indeed, we came home to a kitty who was very happy and well taken care of. Zoe is also well organised. She took notes of key instructions regarding Kissy during our meet-up and continued to consult us during the entire time we were away. She gave us daily updates too, sending us top notch pictures and videos of our kitty.
It's worth noting too that we happened to have a slight mishap that necessitated a cat sitter for a day more. Good thing Zoe was available and she ever so kindly accommodated our request for an extra day.
If you’re in need of a trustworthy cat sitter, we highly recommend Zoe. For sure, Kissy vouches for her too. :)"

"We got our kitten Marriott last July, and due to CoVid this was the first time we had needed to get a cat sitter whilst we went on holiday. We had planned on using a cattery but we left it too late and they were all booked up. We discovered Pawshake and came across Emma and we are glad we did. Emma met us before we went away and she was able to stroke Marriott which gave us comfort. Throughout our trip Emma kindly sent us photos and updates allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Emma even offered to get us some fridge supplies before we returned. We are glad we used a cat sitter as it allowed our cat to stay in its normal surroundings.
