"Anna was a fabulous pet sitter for my gerbil, the best we have had. She is obviously very caring and loves animals. She followed all the instructions I left conscientiously. She went above and beyond by sending daily photos with updates. When I got back I found my gerbil happy and lively so she had obviously been given a lot of attention. I fully recommend Anna as a pet sitter. "

"We were quite nervous about leaving our two house cats with a catsitter as we're used to having a friend stay with them but she was on holiday herself. They're lockdown cats so a little nervous and take time to warm to new people and we really wanted to avoid them staying elsewhere as we think that would cause them a lot of distress. As soon as we met Livi, she put us at ease and approached the cats very gently (they went to sniff her as soon as she put her hand out!) and she was both friendly and professional, so we had confidence in her from the off. Livi sent us frequent updates and photos, played with them and we came home to some very content girls. They really are our babies and we're so glad we chose Livi to mind them, we couldn't recommend her more and would definitely use her services again. Thank you again, Livi! :D"

"Having not used a cat sitter before we were a bit apprehensive of handing over the keys to our home and letting someone else look after our fur baby a Ragdoll cat. However, after initial preliminary meeting our concerns were quickly put to ease. Jacke had up to date DBS certificates and other security credentials. She came across as mature, responsible and capable. And most importantly our cat Leo took to Jackie on first meeting and felt at ease around her, not usual for him with strangers. Jackie looked after our cat Leo for just over 7 days, averaging two visits per day. With every visit she sent us reports with photos. Kept us informed of everything and cleared after Leo including the occasional furballs and attended to minor issues with our home, security systems, windows/ locks etc. She kept our home clean and tidy and secure. And importantly gave Leo the attention he deserved. Our cat Leo seemed happy and relaxed with her and last few photos showed him cuddling up to her and kissing her.
We would highly recommend her and would have no hesitation using her again. She's trustworthy, reliable, thorough and caring. We could not expect more from a cat sitter.
