"Anna was a fabulous pet sitter for my gerbil, the best we have had. She is obviously very caring and loves animals. She followed all the instructions I left conscientiously. She went above and beyond by sending daily photos with updates. When I got back I found my gerbil happy and lively so she had obviously been given a lot of attention. "Sophie looked after our two cats for us while we were away and did a wonderful job making sure they had everything they needed. She was very well organised when we met to discuss the pet-sitting, taking care to understand everything that needed to be done and their specific dietary requirements etc. She’s also a great communicator and ensured we received detailed updates and photos while we were travelling.
It’s great to know that we don’t need to worry about our cats when they have Sophie to take care of them.

"Having not used a cat sitter before we were a bit apprehensive of handing over the keys to our home and letting someone else look after our fur baby a Ragdoll cat. However, after initial preliminary meeting our concerns were quickly put to ease. Jacke had up to date DBS certificates and other security credentials. She came across as mature, responsible and capable. And most importantly our cat Leo took to Jackie on first meeting and felt at ease around her, not usual for him with strangers. Jackie looked after our cat Leo for just over 7 days, averaging two visits per day. With every visit she sent us reports with photos. Kept us informed of everything and cleared after Leo including the occasional furballs and attended to minor issues with our home, security systems, windows/ locks etc. She kept our home clean and tidy and secure. And importantly gave Leo the attention he deserved. Our cat Leo seemed happy and relaxed with her and last few photos showed him cuddling up to her and kissing her.
We would highly recommend her and would have no hesitation using her again. She's trustworthy, reliable, thorough and caring. We could not expect more from a cat sitter.

"So grateful to find and have Clare look after our 3 cats the past 10 days. She was so friendly, communicative and kind throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, Teddy tends to wander off and Clare spent extra time to call him and ensure that he ate and had cuddles. Lots of photos to keep us updated, you can tell she genuinely cares for your pets and treats them as her own in your absence, will 100% book Clare again and recommend her to anyone! "

"Krishma provided a great service. She updated us every day on the cats, taking videos when she interacted with them so we could see them. Krishma took time to sit with the cats or wait for them if she hadn't seen them when she arrived. Our cats can be nervous around new people so this was really thoughtful.
