"Anna was a fabulous pet sitter for my gerbil, the best we have had. She is obviously very caring and loves animals. She followed all the instructions I left conscientiously. She went above and beyond by sending daily photos with updates. When I got back I found my gerbil happy and lively so she had obviously been given a lot of attention. "Having not used a cat sitter before we were a bit apprehensive of handing over the keys to our home and letting someone else look after our fur baby a Ragdoll cat. However, after initial preliminary meeting our concerns were quickly put to ease. Jacke had up to date DBS certificates and other security credentials. She came across as mature, responsible and capable. And most importantly our cat Leo took to Jackie on first meeting and felt at ease around her, not usual for him with strangers. Jackie looked after our cat Leo for just over 7 days, averaging two visits per day. With every visit she sent us reports with photos. Kept us informed of everything and cleared after Leo including the occasional furballs and attended to minor issues with our home, security systems, windows/ locks etc. She kept our home clean and tidy and secure. And importantly gave Leo the attention he deserved. Our cat Leo seemed happy and relaxed with her and last few photos showed him cuddling up to her and kissing her.
We would highly recommend her and would have no hesitation using her again. She's trustworthy, reliable, thorough and caring. We could not expect more from a cat sitter.

"Firstly I have to say that this is my first experience using any cat sitting service. Unfortunately it started badly and my booking was cancelled just 4 days before I was going away! Pawshake did nothing to help.... and my stress levels were stratospheric...but Lisa SAVED THE DAY!🙏🏾
Thank goodness for Lisa is all I can say, as she made us feel much more comfortable about being away because of her calm and kind nature.
My rescue is a stray street cat with lots of quirks - I mean, he's a cat! I left Lisa a very specific do's and don'ts list due to it also being Mr T's first time without us as well - so keeping routine is v.important.
Lisa was great at communicating, very patient, accommodating, helpful and really genuinely felt she cared for my furbaby. This isn't just a 'job' to her! And she earned Mr T's trust in a short space of time.
I highly recommend Lisa - she's really personable and understanding too. I wouldn't hesitate to book Lisa again."

"I personally board rats for other people but finding someone to look after my girls was going to be hard, but Jen looked after my girls so well last time we went away that using her again was a no brainer.
I got regular photos and updates, clear communication at all times whilst we were away and I enjoyed my holiday a lot more knowing that my girls were safe with Jen.
We have two new babies who are so small but must have human contact to keep their confidence up and Jen made sure of that, she also made sure my old lady rat was kept an eye on too.
We are away again in September and I have no hesitation in asking Jen again to care for my girls.
