Hello! My name is Emma, and I am a passionate animal lover dedicated to providing a safe, caring, and loving environment for pets while their owners are away. My motivation for becoming a pet sitter comes from my genuine love for animals and my desire to give pet owners complete peace of mind, knowing their beloved companions are being cared for as if they were my own.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I understand that pets are cherished members of the family, and I believe they deserve individual attention, affection, exercise, and companionship whenever their owners cannot be with them. Whether it's providing cuddles, playtime, walks, feeding routines, or simply being a comforting presence, I strive to make every pet feel happy, secure, and loved during their stay.

I have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals through my own pets as well as those belonging to friends and family. I currently own three cats, two dogs, and a rabbit, giving me a strong understanding of different species, personalities, behaviours, and care requirements. Over the years, I have also regularly looked after pets for friends and relatives, gaining valuable experience with a variety of breeds, temperaments, and routines.

The welfare, health, and safety of all animals in my care are my top priorities. To help protect every pet, I only accept vaccinated pets into my home. This ensures a safe environment for visiting pets as well as my own animals.

When you choose me as your pet sitter, you can expect reliable, responsible, and compassionate care tailored to your pet's individual needs. I treat every animal as if they were part of my own family and work hard to ensure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy throughout their stay. I will always discuss your needs and routine and work with you to make sure that your furry family member is left with the best care possible. 

Key things to know: 

• Home stays at my house are always subject to discussion as I want to make sure that your dogs and mine are happy to be around each other so as to minimise any distress. 
• If your pets needs medicine administered I am able to do so, due to my experience of caring for a cat with long term health issues. 
• Walks are usually 30 minutes, but if your dog needs less or more than that due to their age or size, please let me know. 
• Walks are on lead only - as it's safer that way for them and me
• Toilet breaks / garden time are tailored to what your pet needs
• Your pets will never be left unsupervised while in my care
• I am happy to pet sit rabbits / hamsters / gerbils / birds / tortoises or most other small animals
