Reliable, Caring Dog Boarding & Day Care in Farnsfield – A True Home From Home

Hi, I’m Helen, an animal lover through and through with hands-on experience caring for dogs, horses, and a variety of other pets. I share my home with my friendly Beagle, Hugo, so I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your dog as if they were their own.

My aim is to provide a genuine home-from-home experience where dogs feel safe, relaxed, loved, and part of the family while you’re away.

What I Offer

   •   Dog boarding in a family home environment

To ensure every dog receives individual attention and care, I only board a small number of dogs at any one time and will always consider temperament and compatibility before accepting bookings.

Walks & Exercise

Living in beautiful Farnsfield means we have access to fantastic countryside walks right on our doorstep.

   •   Two walks per day as standard

   •   Walks typically last between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on your dog’s age, fitness, and routine

   •   Additional garden playtime and enrichment throughout the day

   •   Routine tailored wherever possible to match what your dog is used to at home

Time & Supervision

Pet care fits around my daily routine and is my priority. I work flexibly, allowing me to spend the majority of my day at home with the dogs.

   •   Dogs are rarely left alone and never for extended periods

   •   Boarding dogs will not be left alone for more than 3 hours

   •   Day care dogs will not be left alone for more than 1 hour

   •   I am available throughout the week, including weekends, subject to availability

   •   Dogs receive plenty of companionship, supervision, and interaction throughout the day

My Home

Your dog will be welcomed into a safe, loving family environment.

   •   I live with my friendly Beagle, Hugo

   •   Dogs are treated as part of the family and are welcome in the main living areas of the home

   •   Guest dogs can sleep wherever they are most comfortable, whether that’s their own bed, a crate provided by owners, or another agreed sleeping arrangement

   •   I have a secure, fully enclosed garden for supervised outdoor time and play

   •   Gates are kept closed and secured at all times

My Approach

Every dog is different. Some love long adventures and lots of activity, while others prefer a slower pace and plenty of cuddles. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, routine, and needs so they feel settled and happy during their stay.
