I’m a professional, friendly, and reliable pet sitter with both formal qualifications and hands-on experience in animal care.

I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Animal Care and Management, am animal first aid trained, and have a 2:1 Zoology degree from the University of Reading. I’ve also volunteered in kennels, a wildlife park, a horse riding school, a pet shop, and a birds of prey sanctuary, giving me experience with a wide range of animals.

I’ve cared for animals my whole life, including my own dog Brillo (German Shepherd x Saluki), who was my childhood dog of 15 years. I’ve also owned and cared for small animals at home such as rats, rabbits, and hamsters. 

I currently have a 2 year old Ragdoll x Tabby (of some kind!) cat called Athena, who is cared for to a very high standard and is a huge part of my life.
I’m confident caring for dogs, cats, and many other animals including birds, reptiles, rodents and more. While I love all animals, dogs have a special place in my heart and cats are definitely my favourite pet animal. My priority is always to provide safe, calm, and loving care, so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away. 

I work from home Mon-Fri and some weekends, which means I have a pretty flexible schedule for drop ins, and can take care of your pets in your home easily. I do have my own cat at home to factor into my schedule, as well as gym sessions near Glastonbury. Some weekends or weekday evenings I do morris dancing but this is taken into account with my calendar availability and discussed with any clients.

My cat is not socialised with other animals so I have chosen not to provide boarding in my own home! As I work remotely I am happy to take up home base in your home and spend most of my time there. I can clean litter trays, feed and water, play, provide toilet breaks, walk dogs (or cats!) and show them lots of love. I would love to send daily updates/photos of how they're doing and any fun adventures they've been up to! I am also happy providing medication or providing any special care needed including specific routines as long as they fit with my personal schedule. 

If you need any odd jobs done like packages collected, recycling bins put out and things like that I'm happy to help! I also would love to take care of any other animals you have if you need. I am confident working with most animals including feedings with bugs or frozen rodents.

Travel note: At the moment I don't drive. I am based in Street so can easily service Street, Walton and Glastonbury. Please do reach out about other areas accessible by bus and I will see what I can do.
