Hi, I’m Emmeline. I’m a long-time cat lover with around 20 years of experience caring for cats. I’m based locally and mainly cover Twickenham, Teddington, Strawberry Hill and Whitton.

My family and I relocated from Hong Kong last year, bringing our three cats with us. Living closely with cats (and supporting them through a major move) has deepened my understanding of what cats value most: calm, consistency, and being cared for in their own familiar environment.

I offer considerate, cat-first home visits designed around your cat’s routine. During a visit I can take care of the essentials—fresh food and water, litter tray cleaning, a gentle wellbeing check—and I’ll spend a little time with your cat in a way that suits their personality (quiet companionship, play, or simply giving them space). I typically send a brief update with a photo after each visit.

For shy or nervous cats, I take a slow, low-pressure approach: I move quietly, avoid forcing interaction, keep voices and movements gentle, and let the cat decide the pace. For cats with special routines or additional needs, I’m happy to follow clear written instructions and keep things consistent, with extra attention to small changes in appetite, energy, and behaviour.

I’m also respectful and security-conscious in your home. I double-check doors/windows are secure when leaving, keep keys safe, and follow any entry/exit instructions you provide. If anything seems unusual or if I’m concerned about your cat’s wellbeing, I’ll contact you promptly and, where appropriate, follow your preferred emergency plan (for example, your nominated vet or local contact).

I’m organised, discreet, and happy to follow detailed care notes. We can agree in advance what’s included and the visit length, so everything is clear and aligned.
