Thank you for visiting my profile and considering me as your future pet sitter.

My name is Raquel, and I worked as a full-time professional pet sitter from 2016 to 2022, mainly across London and the South of England.

During those years, I completed many successful house and pet sits and built long-term relationships with wonderful clients and their pets. Please feel free to read my references on this website. (from other apps under request)

After several years living in the UK, I temporarily returned to Spain in 2022 due to family circumstances after the pandemic. Although Spain is my home country, the UK has felt like home to me for many years, and I am now planning to relocate back, this time specifically to Scotland. I would be very happy to combine this transition with house and pet sitting while getting to know different areas and communities.

I also hold UK Settled Status, allowing me to live and work in the UK without restrictions.

During this time, I focused on personal and professional creative projects, and I have also continued developing my artistic practice alongside remote work.

I am a caring, positive, responsible, and trustworthy person who genuinely loves animals and nature. I am also very organised, clean, and respectful of other people’s homes.

Animals have always been one of my biggest passions in life. I especially love dogs and cats, although I also grew up in the countryside caring for many other animals, including lovebirds, fish, hens, ducks, and rabbits.

I have extensive experience looking after pets of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, including multiple dogs (when well trained), cats, birds, hens, and rabbits.

When I am on a pet-sitting assignment, your pets will receive my full attention and personalised care. I work remotely and live alone, so pets are rarely left alone for more than a few hours and can enjoy a calm, consistent environment.

I truly enjoy spending time in nature with animals, hiking and getting to know their unique personalities. I am particularly attentive to their wellbeing and emotional comfort, and I focus on creating a calm and safe environment where they can feel at ease. Animals usually feel comfortable around me very quickly, and I naturally care for them as if they were my own.

House & Pet Sitting:

I am happy to do house and pet sits around Scotland, as long as the location is accessible by public transport, as I do not drive.
