My name is Sian I am 29 and live with my partner Scott and are both obsessed with dogs. The perfect day for us is a long walk accompanied by a dog finished with a pub lunch. We own a large home where if your dog was in day care with us they would have all day access to a fully fenced and gated garden (10 metres x 7 metres) their own private space in doors to chill out if they want to or can stay joined to our hip if they wish, we love cuddles. Both myself and Scott are mostly working from home on a perminant basis. I am in the office 2 days per week. Your dog would never be alone in our house and would get at least 1 lunchtime walk of 30 mins and as much garden time as they want. Scott is a keen runner so if your dog likes running he would be happy to run with your dog on a lead. You will receive regularly updates on how your dog is getting on throughout the day. Walks after 5pm can be as long as the dog requires 30 mins- 2 hours. We would vary the location for the dogs preference, local to home, beach, forest etc. We don't currently own a dog as for a long time we haven't had a garden so your dog would have all of our attention. Once a week we take care of our neighbours dog Dennis the Golden Retriever as you can see in our pictures. We take him in the car to a local river so he can swim and run as much as he wants. My experience through ownership and pet sitting has mainly been medium/large breeds, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Boxer, Staffie. I have a good understanding of the needs of different breeds and would feel comfortable with any dog large or small. I would take up to 2 dogs at a time. Happy for home visits and doggy meet ups prior dog sitting so you have full confidence that your dog is safe and happy.
