From a young age, I have always loved being around animals, which naturally led me to build my life and career around caring for them. I began by volunteering at Riding for the Disabled, where I was involved in all aspects of horse care and gained a strong understanding of responsibility, patience, and animal welfare. I then moved on to volunteering—and later working—at an animal sanctuary, where I cared for a wide range of animals, from snakes and rabbits to horses and foxes. Each animal had its own personality, background, and behaviour, which taught me how important it is to provide calm, compassionate, and individual care. In 2021, I achieved a Level 3 qualification in Animal Management, further strengthening my knowledge and practical skills. Over the past year, I have been pet sitting through another site, caring for a variety of animals in their own homes and building up many great reviews. This experience confirmed my passion for providing reliable, in-home care that keeps pets comfortable and stress-free. I am now excited to take the next step and create my own pet sitting and dog walking business, where I can continue doing what I love—offering dedicated, professional care and giving pet owners peace of mind that their animals are in safe and experienced hands.
