About Mia

Ever since I was born, I have always had a dog in my life. Rescue dogs, dogs from breeders; I loved every one. Anytime spent with an animal brings that extra bit of joy to my life: a long walk through the fields, a short cuddle or even just watching them dig up their cage (a mess I am far too used to from my own gerbils). Now that I have graduated university, I am able to be home a lot more and give my Whippet all the love and cuddles she deserves. She won't be happy to share, but I have a lot of love to give.

When it comes to animals, I have always been the main helper with our own dogs (mostly medium sized dogs), often feeding and taking them on walks. My grandma had cats and I used to love feeding them and petting them when they let me. Our gerbils often needed cleaning up after and one of them was definitely more into cuddles and pets than the other one. My friend has even asked for me to take her dog out twice a day for a few days when she was away on holiday, a little Chihuahua cross, and I love playing with my cousin's dog, a very large labrador. He was so much smaller as a puppy!

When it comes to the care of your pets, I will treat them how I treat me own, with the love and care they deserve. My old golden retriever was allergic to most things and her various medication have prepared me for most pet requirements. I understand the fear of leaving them with a stranger who may not know how to appropriately care for your pet. I am willing to do a meet and greet with you, where we can discuss your pets needs and what you wish for me to do.

Your pet's wellbeing is my priority.
