Hi, I’m Jake, a lifelong animal lover with a genuine passion for caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. I have spent many years looking after my own animals and understand the love, patience, and attention every pet deserves.

Throughout my life, I have cared for a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, birds, and reptiles, giving me an understanding that every pet has their own personality, routine, and individual needs. I’m gentle, reliable, and always take the time to make animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

Whether your dog enjoys long countryside walks, shorter strolls, or lots of playtime, I’m happy to tailor every walk and visit to suit their age, energy level, and routine. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any other specific requirements to ensure your pets feel comfortable while you’re away.

For house sitting, I aim to keep your pets’ routine as normal as possible by providing companionship throughout the day, maintaining their regular schedule, and making sure they feel secure in their own home. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I’ll contact you immediately and follow your preferred emergency plan, seeking veterinary care if needed. Your pets’ wellbeing, happiness, and safety will always be my top priority.

For house sits and dog walks I also work with my girlfriend (Arianwen who also has Pawshake) this is only if wanted so the animals have someone around all the time.
