Hi, I’m Clare, and I recently relocated to south Nottinghamshire with my whippet, Dobby — a very much loved “failed foster” dog!

I offer caring and reliable dog sitting in your dog’s own home, helping them stay relaxed and comfortable in familiar surroundings while you’re away. For house and dog-sitting bookings of one night or longer, I’m happy to travel throughout the East Midlands.

Dogs have been a huge part of my life for many years. Alongside owning three dogs of my own, I have regularly fostered rescue dogs for the past 10 years through a rescue charity. This experience has given me confidence caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, needs and routines.

I work from home full-time, mainly online, which means your dog will rarely be left alone for extended periods other than the occasional short trip to the shops or errands.

Daily walks are always included, and I’m very happy to walk your dog separately from my own if preferred. I can also continue any training routines you’ve already established to help maintain consistency while you’re away. Otherwise, your dog will simply become part of our little family during their stay.

Dobby and I regularly attend local sighthound walks too, which can be a lovely opportunity for sociable dogs to make new friends.

I only offer care for dogs and do not provide sitting services for other pets.

You can feel confident that both your dog and your home will be treated with the utmost care and respect. I also hold an enhanced DBS check for additional peace of mind.
