About Victoria
Hi! I'm Victoria and I'm a cat focused pet sitter! I have a clean DBS police check, completed a cat first aid course (August 2025), and I have my own pet sitter insurance. I also take a cat first aid kit to all visits.
My family always had kitties growing up so I've many years of experience looking after cats of all needs. Some were rescues and the rest were strays. Old cats, young cats, scared cats, sick cats... I've seen it all! I have been working for a cat sitter for a year using a different app.
I have experience of looking after dogs from walking, living with, and providing end of life care for my partner's senior Akita. My family also had hamsters growing up and I've sat for a pair of rabbits, a pair of guinea pigs, and a bird before and so I am happy to look after these as well.
I am cat mother to Rupo, a senior rescue tuxedo cat. When I adopted him, he had already lost part of his tail but his heart was full of love.
As for me, I'm Scottish and in my mid 30s. I’m a full time distance student. I'm here because I love meeting new pets!
Each visit lasts a minimum of 30 minutes with plenty of time for cuddling and playing with your pet. I'm free to visit any day or time (excluding staying overnight), even on short notice.
As well as feeding, playing, emptying litter boxes, and possibly administering medications (pills/liquid/cream/feeding tube), I can also water plants, open/shut curtains, collect letters, and any other small tasks needing done at no extra cost. I'll send you a selection of photos and updates during each visit. Anything else, just ask and I'm sure it will be possible.
Schedule - I am available for pet sitting any time of the day, including early morning and late at night. I am happy to accept short notice requests. The welfare of your pet is always my top priority.
Safety - I follow all instructions as given. I will ask you a list of questions when I meet you ahead of the sit and write down the answers to follow to refer to during visits. I do not take bookings without a meet and greet for new clients or checking the keys myself.
Typical day - Each visit has a minimum of 30 minutes with your pet. I can also stay longer if you wish to book extended visits. I will send you photos during each visit showing that that this has all been done. I will return the keys via the letter box at the end of the booking or wait to do so until you are back home. I do not charge for meet and greets, key pick ups for repeat clients or key returns. Please note that as Pawshake doesn’t allow me to block off travel time and I do not have a car, booking times are an estimate and I may arrive up to 1 hour before or after, unless there are strict medication times.
