I have owned cats all my life. I currently have four fur babies. I am a fully insured pet sitter with 17 years of experience. I have fostered cats for 23 years for local rescues, undertaking numerous courses regarding animal welfare, etc., looking after a variety of cats, including hand-rearing kittens. I am recently retired, so I can spend quality time with your cats. No hurrying in and out. whether shy, outgoing or on meds. I give them time and space to bond with me at their pace. Food and litter trays, and water bowls, are kept spotless, all washed at each visit too. I watch and ensure they are eating. Cuddles and play, too, are so important, so they do not miss their humans too much. I also bring enrichment toys with me. I interact with your cat on every visit. I chat away to them too. Give them cuddles, sit down alongside them, and offer lap time. I give treats with the owner's permission. in an emergency i would not hesitate and will transport your cat direct to their own vet immediately and stayover with cat if needed. Having worked in a school, I am also police-checked. I also water plants. Bring in Mail. Put out bins, etc., so your home looks lived-in. I respect your property and ensure security is maintained at all times. I have the time and enjoy spending quality time with all cats. every cat is an individual and I treat them as such.
