"when my usual boarding kennels closed I was wary about my lab going to a pet sitter,but I needn't have worried after finding Katie,takes dog for long walks,sends photos of him ,only thing is when I go to pick him up seems to want to stay with Katie🤣

"Willow took fantastic care of my dog whilst I had to work away. I received regular daily updates, photos and videos so I could see how well my dog was settling in and adjusting to his new digs.
Willow ensured he stuck to his routine and was especially vigilant during an unseasonably early heatwave.
I am very satisfied and would have no hesitation to book with Willow again. It was such a weight off knowing that my dog was receiving one to one care and attention."

"I couldn't ask for a better experience. We booked out senior fella (11 year old Lab) in for 4 nights with Becky whilst I took my wife away for her birthday. He has stayed in kennels before but with his age and ailments we could bare to leave him in them now and found Becky on pawshake. From the very first contact I was made to feel so at ease, great communication about how things work etc. Had to change the drop off to 1hr earlier, no issues with Becky, dropped off with her partner Craig, great guy explained how things generally work in their house with dogs but our Teddy was made to feel so at home straight from the off and felt so much better. Really good communication throughout the booking
Teddy was a little apprehensive the first night but was comforted by Becky and we were kept updated at all times and he finally settled even enjoyed a sunday roast. Honestly we couldn't of asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend, I have already mentioned Becky and Craig to family and friends. Thank you again for looking after him and making him so welcome in your home ❤️"

"Sumant was the best sitter a could of wished for. We was nervous about leaving our with anyone he is quite a nervous dog. And he had never been left with anybody else before. He has separation issues. On going to the meet and greet at sumant home he made us feel really welcome greeted us with himself and his little daughter and dog taffy he is so cute to.
But Hugo was nervous around him and was growing I thought that's not good but sumant just took in his stride and assured us that he could look after Hugo and that if necessary he could separate the dogs if needed. He asked us questions about and want he likes things about walks feeding habits and things. We didn't decide right away and he left and said we would be in touch sumant yes ok. We left later that day sumant sent a message on pawshake saying thank you for coming lovely to meet you all and hope to see you soon it would be a pleasure to look after Hugo. We had talked and we all had I really good feeling about sumant and went for it with. The first couple of days Hugo struggled to settle and was not eating much Sumant and his family do everything the could to try to settle Hugo lots of hugs and love and cuddles and attention. This was on going for and couple of days sumant keeping us informed at all times of everything, Hugo was fine just wouldn't eat properly missing us aww..So we suggested that he try hand feeding Hugo. He would sometimes be off his food at home and would eat if we did it sometimes .We had left his usual wet dog food and some roast chicken in tubes that we prepared, as well as treat and things and sumant said Yes, no problem at all. I want him to eat and be happy the pets come first and foremost so for most of the week sumant was hand feeding Hugo even his wet food and git him eating again settled to make sure he was getting what he needed and settled. He even brought fresh chicken himself and cooked it daily for hugo and was very happy to do so again WOW. I got pics,messages, and vids all the time from sumant of walks playing games like his daughter would play with Hugo and he would do his tricks like sit give her his paws, he's does and spin. And will catch treats for her and sumant to and just chilling one, kisses ones, cuddle ones , sunbathing ones,and one's with lots of smiles. They was so cute. And reassured us that he's being looked after and loved.the day after Hugo started eating again. Sumant took Hugo for his his return he noticed that Hugo was limping and was licking at his back leg upon looking right away he seen Hugo had an open cut on his one off his pads he message Me right away to let Me know. I ask him can he go the vets please. He had an appointment sorted for the next couple of hours. The vet clean and give Hugo and injection for pain antibiotics and a collar to stop him from licking. And sumant paid the bill of £115 out off his own pocket. And started the process of the pawshake guarantee. And reassured us again that hugo comes first and foremost which was great. We offered to refunded him the money he had spent. He said no and continued the calm. Which i can tell yiu he got to great from pawshake and suamnt .He also used his professional experience to not put the collar on Hugo at all times instead having it off when he was there with him to stop him from licking the cut.dont thick I seen it on him tbh probably only at night that is the level of care he received from sumant always attentive. Which I think was a great call it stop Hugo becoming unsettle again, he give Hugo his antibiotics daily and Hugo was fine and flourished in his care sumant and his family are lovely caring people and really do put you pet first they honestly couldn't do enough to help Hugo be happy and settled and and will used sumant again 100% people when need also he has messaged since picking Hugo up back on the 12th Aug a couple off times seeing how we all are and how Hugos paws in doing and that he missed Hugo aww and and I think Hugo misses them I've we play a vids that sumant sent with his or his family's voices he looks for them aww now that cute and shows he liked them loads for an nervous dog to so thank you sumant and family see you again 😊 ❤️ "

"We've previously left our Cocker Spaniel Charlie in traditional Kennels but were worried about the long spells of isolation and not getting the stimulation and interaction he needs.
After making an enquiry Gabriella got in touch to arrange a home visit so we could see where Charlie was staying and what his routine would be.
After making the booking she also arranged a day where Charlie could spend it with them, so he was familiar before the actual boarding.
On the boarding itself we received all the information on what we needed to take beforehand and arranged a drop off time.
Throughout out our holiday we received numerous updates and pictures, seeing a happy and content dog wnich was a massive relief.
If you are considering using Gabriella and her husband Wayne I thoroughly recommend them. "

"Rolo stayed overnight with Alex, Louise and the girls yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the care they took of her. It went above and beyond my expectations and Rolo, who usually gets quite anxious when she’s been away, has been calm, content and relaxed since returning home. Testament from her of a happy, carefree stay and that means the world to me. 5 stars just doesn’t do justice to the service provided and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for top quality dog boarding to choose Alex and Louise. "Amanda was absolutely amazing with our pug Cookie. He’s only ever stayed away from us twice in almost 7 years, I wasn’t sure he’d settle and I was quite emotional upon leaving him. Amanda was so welcoming and gentle with Cookie at the meet and greet, that he took to her straight away. She could also see how emotional I was and reassured me that all would fine, that I’d be kept updated with pictures/videos. Amanda took the time to go through Cookie’s health needs. She was very understanding, ensured all his eye ointments were done on time daily and took such good care of him I don’t think he wanted to come home with us. Amanda sent me daily pictures and videos of Cookie whilst we were away. He was loved and cared for and enjoyed his time there making new furry friends too. Amanda is so friendly, patient, calm, caring and gentle which is why Cookie settled in so well with her. We felt she went above and beyond to ensure all of Cookie’s needs were met and provided such an excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amanda and will definitely be sending Cookie to stay with her again. Thank you so much Amanda for everything, without the level of care and attention you gave to Cookie, and the reassurance you gave to me, we couldn’t have gone away☺️"

"We are so glad that we found June and Dave. The communication has been second to none and we very quickly arranged a meet up. Teddy immediately fell in love with them, they are lovely, warm and friendly people who love dogs. Teddy was treated like a king on his little holiday and I am sure he will return one day. "Milo had his 1st sleepover away from us for the 1st time which meant I was rather nervous, however Shirley was wonderful right from our 1st introduction.
Shirley has a wealth of experience which is evident with how she put my mind at ease with how she'd take care of Milo & her lovely home which was super dog friendly which was home from home for Milo.
Shirley sent me lots of pics and videos throughly Milos stay with Shirley.

"I feel so lucky to have found Constance, I have a small timid chihuahua and this was my first experience of using a sitter for her. It was important for me they have no other dogs in the house as bonny is nervous . I felt so happy and at ease upon arrival.
