"Graciela and Caua looked after Rocky for 13 days when we were on holiday .
They sent me photos and updates about Rocky everyday.
When Rocky was anxious about us leaving him away from his own home, Graciela and family gave him lot of love and care, which makes him to settle very quickly .Specially their son became a very good friend to Rocky.
I highly recommend them as very good dog sitters."

"We needed a 3-night stay for our elderly, severely sight-impaired, slightly doddery, but nevertheless still springer-like female Sprocker. We came to London from the South West for my wife to do the London Marathon. We had a ‘get to know you’ visit with Katrina back in January. During the actual stay Katrina was very welcoming, familiarising our dog with lead walks around the garden initially until she had ‘mapped’ the layout and was able to find her way around fairly independently. During the stay Katrian updated us about her settling in well and sent several photos over the 3 day period, including our dog taking over one of her own Spaniels bed!! We came away with a small gift-wrapped bags of treats.
We were very pleased with the high level of service given by Katrina and would not hesitate to book with her again."

"Lisa is a gem! I'm glad I found Lisa's profile after struggling for so long to find a reliable pet sitter. My dog is a senior rescue who can be reactive and needs a little extra help when going out for walks. Lisa asked all the right questions, and I could tell she had experience with reactive dogs. Bruno stayed with Lisa a couple of times and I could tell by his behavior that he enjoyed his stay with her. Definitely recommend Lisa to anyone who wants a sitter who's communicative, attentive and reliable."

"Handing over my hyper 20kg Whippet over to Sultana for a couple of nights was never going to be an easy gig for her! He was driving himself and all of us crazy trying to get at & mate with my other pup who came into an early season. After 2 sleepless nights for the whole family we were at our wits end & had tried 6 fairly local sitters who were all unable to take our boy. I was so thankful when Sultana was able to help. I admit I was nervous about leaving him as he has such separation anxiety & was currently humping everything in sight…😣 I fully expected a call the next morning to cancel his second night due to his behaviour, let alone all the whining & crying. Sultana handled it all with ease, she’s very quiet which made me think she wasn’t confident but I couldn’t have been more wrong. She understood him & wasn’t fazed, moreover her lovely little boy formed an instant & comforting bond with my dog!
Bottom line, I wouldn’t hesitate to book ‘Aunty Sully’ again ☺️"

"Bella and James took excellent care of our Bueno over Christmas time, we could not recommend them enough. From the moment we went to visit you could tell Bueno was very comfortable in their presence, and their dog (Pluto) is already a shining example of how well they treat and get along with pets. They provided amazing communication with plenty updates, pictures and videos along the way. Your pets will be in the best care with them."

"Gabi and Fer are absolutely lovely! This was our first experience travelling without our baby. Prior to this, my husband and I never travelled together without Muffin and always took turns. We had a very positive feeling about Gabi and Fer right from the time we met them, and decided to give this is a go! Muffin stayed with them for 5 days while we went on our holiday to Amsterdam. We received lots of updates and pictures on whatsapp daily. Muffin looked very happy and at ease when we went to pick her up. They have a lovely home and I am certain that Muffin is going to have more staycations @Gabi & Fer's in 2024!! We highly recommend them!!"

"Words cannot describe highly enough of the service I received from Amber and Adam, a lovely young couple. Having booked with my usual dog carer well in advance for my trip in July, the dog carer informed few weeks before my departure that she is not able to look after my furries without any reasonable explanation. I was devastated!! Amber and Adam were my life savers who had the availability and they gladly accepted my request to look after my two furries. Though I live quite far away from this couple, they arranged a meet and greet and my first acquaintance with this couple was awesome!! No doubt the couple have the natural flair for looking after dogs. It was God's grace that I found the awesome couple at last for dog care. They updated me to confirm that the furries have settled down nicely. I found the couple very loving, understanding, flexible sweet tempered with lots of patience. Further during the process, they responded well to all my messages sent on Pawshake. They both are very dedicated to their job as dog carers which I strongly feel is very rare thing amongst dog carers. (Absolutely brilliant) The couple are a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! On my return when I went pick my furries it was a surprise to see both furries had settled down so well in their house.
I would always consider Amber and Adam for dog care unless they are not available. With no hesitation I can recommend this couple to anyone.

"Maria was so lovely with our Shadow. Her and her whole family treated him as their own. We was a bit skeptical as he had only been away from us once. He didn’t settle the first day but she kept me updated regularly and managed to calm him into his new environment that he loved it so much he didn’t want to leave by the end of the week! Great communication through out with pictures on their walks. Shadow loved staying with Maria and we can see he was really well taken care of. Definitely recommend her services and would use her again to look after our pup 100%. Thank you again Maria!"

"Our dog Bucky stayed with Yelena and family over 3 days (2nights) and I would highly recommend them. We visited once before the stay and when I took him the second time he pulled me towards the door and was very happy to stay.
The whole family were involved with looking after him , made sure they knew his routines and needs and kept me up to date with photos and messages. I was able to enjoy the time away without any worries about his care.
On fetching him, we were treated to tea and cake and there was no pressure to fetch him by a certain time.
A charming family and home where your pet will be very happy!"
